What makes a healthy sex life?

My fiance and I have a running argument, how many times a month makes a healthy sex life? He says three times a month. I say once a week at least, making it 4-5 a month. What do you think?

ppl are different so whatever leaves neither of you feeling neglected or ran ragged. i'm thinking 2-3 times a week..
