Question by dr: Why do men have to pay for a basic human need such as sex but even the ugliest woman can get it for free?

If a man isn't paying a prostitute, then he still has to wine and dine his date, buy her flowers, chocolate and jewellery, compliment her and woo her for a minimum of 3 dates before he gets any. Whereas even the ugliest woman will have men lining up for her for free sex.
